Enrollment Suspension Form

The enrollment suspension form is submitted when a student wishes to pause studies temporarily under approved regulations.

Procedure

1. Complete the suspension form and state the reason.
2. Attach supporting documents if required.
3. Submit the request to the Student Affairs Unit for approval.
